New Home Framing Progress on Modern Home

These photos are of a job in Manchester, VT. They show the ongoing framing on the final phase of this project. The weather has been a challenge, sub-zero chills along with late season snows have tempered our progress but such is building in the mountains of Vermont.

Find us at the Stratton Magazine "Who, What, and Wares! Home Improvement Expo" on Saturday, October 8th from 11am-4pm at the Upper Level Wings of Stratton Mountain's Base Lodge.  We are a gold sponsor of this event and will be there to answer all your homeowner and home-building needs.  

We are pleased to officially present our Hybrid Home Package! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house you all have grown to know and love is going to hit the ground running at this event.  Southern VT is about to get a push for more custom craftsmanship that you all picture quaint VT to have.  Informational packets will be available with conceptual floor plans, pictures, lighting schedules and informative pieces on insulation, stick frame vs modular homes, etc.  We hope to see you there and can prove to you that building on site from the ground up is the way to go, our price and our finished product proves that!

 

An End of Summer Update About Our Latest Construction Projects

Seems we have been MIA from our Blog page for too long! That's a good sign, we've been very busy!

Since you have heard from us last, we have completed the Celebration Barn at The Inn At Manchester, looks beautiful and is serving it's purpose for this very busy summer and now fall for functions and beautiful weddings!

We have completed many roofs, built a beautiful new starter home for a young professional couple in Sunderland, also a homeowner designed their own 2nd home off Barnumville Road that was also a new construction for us.

Not to mention a few additions, and small remodels for happy homeowners looking for a little something new and different in the homes they already love!

Currently, we are on another ski-in/ski-out Mountain Reach home on Stratton. A complete remodel, and I can't wait to see it completed and post images!!!

I will be editing the blog much more often to keep everyone in the loop, let's spread the word! There is never too much work to be done! So, please share our posts. We offer free estimates!
